Incorporated in Illinois on New Year's Day 1995, E-Gal develops concepts and
products for health maintainence and enhancement, early diagnosis and disease
prevention. Our name encapsulates a lot about us:
- E or e for electronic, i.e. web based. The internet is the best way to
share research information that is up to date. It is also a way that gets
the newest and best products directly from developer to the consumer at
the best possible cost, since there are no distributor or store costs to
be factored into the price.
- Egal for 'equal' and 'equality' in Romance languages.
We are most concerned about issues of physiology and disease susceptibility
that impact equal
rights of everyone to a long and happy life.
- Gal because much of our primary research and clinical expertise is centered
in medical specialties concerned with women's health.
- E-Gal because our visionary founder was born in
Evanston, Illinois.
Privacy and Refund Policies
E-Gal observes absolute confidentiality in our communications
and sales. We retain credit card information temporarily,
within our secure server, in order to process refunds,
should that be necessary.
E-Gal guarantees its products absolutely. We try to send out orders within
one business day. Any order can be cancelled and the full price refunded
without question if the
request
reaches
us before shipment. Any product returned unopened will be refunded at full
price less shipping and handling. Any product that arrives damaged will be
replaced without charge. We will also refund 75% of the purchase price of
any product that you do not like - just mail back the unused portion. You
do not need to tell us why you are returning the product, but we are always
interested in any observations that will help us improve our products or
service.
